Daily rate is 24-hour period with 8 hours on the meter.
Weekend rate is Friday evening to Monday morning with 8 hours on the meter.
Weekly rate is 7-day period with 40 hours on the meter.
Monthly rate is 4-week period with 160 hours on the meter.
